Corporate Finance  BackWe provide a full range of specialist corporate finance advice to asset management companies and closed-end investment funds, ranging from advising on full-scale transactions to more routine items (such as matters arising under the Listing, Disclosure or Prospectus Rules or the Takeover Code, corporate governance issues and the content of announcements). In the case of asset management companies, our activities include:  M & A transactions (acquisitions, mergers, disposals, public offers and bid defences); alliances, joint ventures and distribution arrangements; pitches for new clients; and strategic reviews.In the closed-end investment fund sector, we advise both boards and managers of closed-end funds.
